Review Film "Dear Nathan, Hello Salma"

Nathan, played by Jefri Nichol still remains himself.

He plays students who are considered naughty, but still have a good side in him.

Likewise with Salma, played by Amanda Rawles, a student who is patient, but loves Nathan with all the strengths and weaknesses.

The combination of Nathan and Salma is like two romance stories of young people.

However, the second romance is now full of conflict.

Nathan returned to acting for hitting a student.

That made Salma misunderstand and a little confused with Nathan's attitude.

This incident made Nathan have to change schools and began to distance from Salma.

Likewise with Salma. His love life with Nathan is not much different from his daily life.

Salma failed in a prestigious college entrance examination.

Plus, he has a different view from his father when he was paired with Ridho.

However, in the midst of the increasingly heavy problem of Salma, the figure of Rebecca played by Susan Sameh tried to help her.

Rebecca tries to understand and provide a solution for Salma.

Rebecca who used to be a student who wanted to commit suicide because she felt that there was no one in the world who wanted to understand the situation at this time, Rebecca was severely depressed when her parents divorced and the father hung himself in his room.

After Salma told Rebecca about the problem she had experienced, she still felt burdened with the threat of her father who had to go to school at the University of Indonesia and enter the medical faculty, but in reality she did not qualify and had to take tutoring with him. Finally his father agreed to Salma to major in literature and agreed to be with Nathan.

  2. Good post! But I think at the sentence "Rebecca who used to be a student..." you should add a comma punctuation after the word Rebecca. Thank you 😊
